Nominee Program (OINP)

Explore Ontario immigration pathways for eligible workers, international graduates and other applicants.

What is the OINP?

Ontario's Provincial Nominee Program allows the province to nominate eligible applicants for permanent residence. Under the Ontario Workforce Priority stream, eligibility depends on factors such as the applicant's job offer, occupation, work experience, and other stream-specific requirements. IRCC makes the final decision on permanent residence applications.
