Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy At RDS Immigration, we aim to provide professional and efficient consultation services. To ensure a smooth booking experience, please review our cancellation, rescheduling, and booking rules below. 1. Booking Rules All consultations must be scheduled in advance through our website, phone, or email. Appointments are scheduled for one person only, except for couples, who may book a single appointment together. Payment for the consultation must be made at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. Consultation fees are non-refundable but may be applied as a credit towards future services if you proceed with us. Clients will receive a confirmation email with appointment details upon successful booking. 2. Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel your appointment, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the consultation fee. No-shows will not be eligible for a refund or credit. 3. Rescheduling Policy Clients may request to reschedule their consultation at least 12 hours before the appointment. Rescheduling requests made within 12 hours of the appointment may be subject to an additional rescheduling fee. Rescheduled appointments are subject to availability. 4. Late Arrival Policy Clients are expected to be punctual. If you are late, your consultation time may be shortened accordingly. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled without a refund or rescheduling option. 5. Consultation Format Consultations are conducted via phone, WhatsApp, or Zoom. If you prefer a Zoom video call, please inform us in advance so we can send an invitation. In-person consultations are available by appointment at our Thunder Bay office. 6. Emergency Cancellations In case of unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
